Getting hard-to-sell models to the right customer

For a dealer chain in the automotive sector, during the diesel emissions scandal, an AI profiling system was built for a hard-to-sell premium diesel SUV: the customer database was analysed, potential buyers were profiled via social media and publicly available sources, and addressed with targeted advertising.
