The operations platform for mid-sized companies. Chemnitz and Leipzig.
From ERP through archive, fleet and voice systems to apps, shops and document AI: on our platform we build the system you are missing, and we run it afterwards. Devices, SIM cards and servers come from us.
Solutions
Six ways into the same platform. Start with the topic your business is dealing with right now.
The platform
Our solutions share one core: common master data, a single permissions system and building blocks proven across roughly 60 projects a year. That foundation carries 120,000 transactions per working day.
For your project this means a large part is already in place on day one and has been running in other companies' daily operations for years. We build the part that makes your business distinct and connect it to the rest.
Because orders, inventory, accounting and reporting work on the same records, your numbers add up, across teams and locations.
In practice
Anonymized because our contracts promise confidentiality. We share more in a conversation.
Jobs lived on paper and vehicle condition was a matter of experience. We built dispatch, workshop management and a driver app that keeps working offline, plus GPS, devices and SIM cards. Today planning, maintenance and proof of service run through one system, from the office to the vehicle.
Explore fleet managementSeveral group companies, one legacy system at its limit, a monthly picture assembled by hand. We moved ERP, accounting, documents and property valuation onto one shared core, connected to the tax advisor. Today the numbers per company are available daily.
Explore ERP developmentCustom-sized products could not be sold online and prices required a callback. We built a configurator that calculates dimensions, variants and price right in the shop. Today customers assemble their own order, and it lands in the system without retyping.
Explore shops and appsHardware and sensors
Some jobs do not end at the screen. Then we develop the device as well: telematics and sensors built to order, RFID, access and payment, connected to the platform the rest of your system already runs on.
One example from the field: a refrigerator built on a Liebherr unit that recognises its products by RFID, opens through an app with payment and reliably records and bills every item taken. Our hardware, our software, one system.
The model
A fixed price for the rollout, a predictable license for operations. The contract is exactly that simple.
AI and data protection
Contracts, invoices and HR files are a matter of trust. That is why the AI inside our systems runs on machines we operate ourselves in German data centers, in an environment we control and answer for.
Stays in the house, tuning included
no access, no training
Industries
Around 60 projects a year take us through construction and services, real estate, insurance, media, manufacturing and aviation, retail, healthcare, law firms, car dealerships, hospitality and the public sector.
That breadth works in your favor: what has proven itself in one industry becomes a building block for the next. The parts-list verification built for aviation and the sentence-level source citations built for a media house are platform building blocks today, on the same platform your system is built on.
Questions and answers
The rollout comes at a fixed project price agreed before the start. After that you pay a running license covering use, operations and further development. The amount depends on scope, and you receive an estimate with concrete numbers in the intro call.
You do. On request you receive a complete export of your data in open formats. Platform and source code remain with Beyonetix, where they are continuously improved, and your solution benefits from that.
Yes. Beyonetix has replaced complete legacy systems, including data migration, accounting and the tax advisor connection. The switch is planned so that daily business keeps running throughout.
On servers in Germany. AI features run on Beyonetix's own machines, and content is neither passed to third-party providers nor used to train external models.
Yes. Devices, SIM cards and servers come from one source, set up, connected and supported by us, with a single point of contact.
Mid-sized businesses across industries, from construction and services to real estate, manufacturing, retail, media, law firms and the public sector. Beyonetix is based in Chemnitz and Leipzig, Germany, and delivers around 60 projects a year.
In a first conversation we listen, ask questions and tell you plainly what we would build and roughly what it costs. You talk directly to the people who will run your system afterwards. One hour, no strings attached.
You can tell a good system by how rarely anyone talks about it. It runs. That is the standard we build to.
