Service · Telematics & IoT
Vehicles, construction machines and sensors produce data every day. Beyonetix builds the telematics and IoT software that turns that data into proof, invoices and control. If the right device does not exist, we build it, including SIM card, mobile connectivity and operation on servers in Germany.
Overview
Operating hours live on a slip of paper in the cab. Only the foreman knows where the compactor is right now. Invoices are based on estimates, and when a customer disputes that a site was cleared, it is one word against the other. The machines already know all of this. Nobody is writing it down.
The usual telematics vendors sell a box for the vehicle and a standard portal to go with it. We do not sell a black box on the vehicle. Beyonetix builds the analytics and the business application around your data: operating hours, location, condition and job assignment land where invoices and dispatch are made. Existing devices, sensors and telematics units connect through the vendor's interface, and current contracts stay in place. Several hundred vehicles and construction machines run in systems we manage.
Where the market has no suitable device, we build it. Beyonetix develops its own hardware from industrial components, for example a refrigerator with RFID tracking built on Liebherr units. A team that goes this deep into hardware understands every third-party box as well. For you that means there is no technical excuse. Devices, SIM cards and mobile connectivity come from us, set up and operated, with the data on servers in Germany.

Frequently asked
Telematics combines telecommunications and informatics: a device on the vehicle or machine records location, operating hours and condition and transmits the data over the mobile network to a software system. There it becomes proof of work, invoices and maintenance decisions. Beyonetix develops such telematics software and manages systems covering several hundred vehicles and construction machines.
An M2M SIM card (machine to machine), also called an IoT SIM card, is a SIM card for devices rather than people: it transmits machine data such as location, operating hours and sensor readings over the mobile network, usually in small volumes on dedicated plans. At Beyonetix, devices, SIM cards and mobile connectivity come together, set up and operated, with servers in Germany.
No, replacement is not necessary. We connect existing devices, sensors and telematics units through the respective vendor's interface, and current contracts stay in place. Your investment keeps working, and the data comes together in one business application.
Yes, where the market offers no suitable device, Beyonetix develops its own hardware from industrial components. One example is a refrigerator with RFID tracking built on Liebherr units, developed and set up by us and running in daily operation. Hardware development is part of our offering, so your project will not fail for lack of a device.
A telematics solution from Beyonetix has a fixed project price plus a running licence, with operation covered by an SLA. You know the price before the project starts, and the data belongs to you.
Yes. GPS tracking and the trip log work offline: if the mobile connection drops, the device keeps recording and syncs the data automatically once coverage returns. No record is lost, and the job documentation stays complete.
