The Kaiserliches Postamt in Limbach-Oberfrohna is a protected cultural monument and one of the city's most prominent historical buildings. ESTAYA Real Estate has extensively renovated the listed building and converted it into 14 high-quality residential units, each with its own individual name. Modern comfort behind a historic facade. The ground floor also features four commercial units, one of which now houses the headquarters of ESTAYA Real Estate.

The renovation of the Kaiserliches Postamt at Moritzstraße 13 attracted attention from the outset.
How the Kaiserliches Postamt became our home
The Kaiserliches Postamt at Moritzstraße 13 in Limbach-Oberfrohna has a rich and eventful history. The listed building stood vacant for a long time and was part of a larger portfolio of post office properties that was sold off. As the then-owner did not carry out any renovation, the town of Limbach-Oberfrohna exercised its pre-emptive right and specifically sought an investor willing to preserve the building and strengthen the town centre.
In 2020, Ayla and Christopher Blaschke acquired the Kaiserliches Postamt and immediately began the renovation. What began as an ambitious development project is now our headquarters and the heart of ESTAYA Real Estate.
We remain deeply grateful to Dr. Jesko Vogel, the then Lord Mayor of Limbach-Oberfrohna. He guided the acquisition process with significant personal commitment and supported us as investors from the outset. Without his dedication to this building and the city centre, this project would not have been possible in this form.
