About Christopher
Mathematics, physics, law – three subjects that rarely belong together. To me they were always the same thing: understanding complex matters down to the core, and then solving them cleanly.
From 2008 onwards I translated that mindset into companies. Since then I have founded and led several IT firms, some of them with several hundred employees – through growth, through setbacks, through every phase an entrepreneur goes through. What stays with me is less pride than respect: for how much work goes into something that, in the end, simply works.
At ESTAYA Real Estate I am responsible, as Managing Director, for the entire technology. We don't buy software off the shelf. We build our own ERP, our own AI models and an infrastructure that makes selling property faster, more transparent and more secure – at a depth you rarely find on the market, and in this combination probably nowhere.
Technology is never an end in itself for me. What matters is what reaches the client in the end: a valuation you can trust. A sale without nasty surprises. A company that keeps its word.
That is the standard by which I measure our technology every single day.
